What is the fringe?

 

Fringe  [Middle English frenge, from Vulgar Latin frimbia.] fring'y
- Decorative border of hanging threads, something marginal, peripheral or on the edge, a fantastic haircut or hairy curtain.

D.I.Y.  - do-it-yourself.

Festival - celebration: revelry; merrymaking., atmosphere of unrestrained joy.

 

The Fringe '09 could not happened with out all the people and businesses in the community who have helped us.

The Fringe '10 cannot happen without arming the soldiers with weapons of freedom, encouraging us, you and them to aspire, inspire, create and achieve.
